Salad ala brochette
Materials
-4 slices of toast bread
- 1 fresh mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes
- a little fresh basil
-2 yellow peppers
Implementation:
Cut the slices of bread into cubes and cook them with some oil in a pan until they get color. Then put them on a plate and rub the tomatoes on top. Cut the peppers into small pieces and stir them with the tomato, then cut the mozzarella into pieces and add it over. Finally, add the basil and some oils, salt and pepper.
Thai Quinoa Salad
Dressing materials
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- half chopped onion
-3 tablespoons of sweet cider
¼ of the tahini cup
half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of sesame oil
Salad materials
-1 cup quinoa
-rocket
- 1 cut tomato
red onion in cubes
Implementation:
Put in a ¼ cup of water in a blender, add all the ingredients for the dressing and combine them. Make the quinoa steamed and then stir with the rocket, tomato and onion. Put them on a plate and add the dressing on top.
