In the case of unsecured loans, losses of 80 million euros have been lost to former executives of the agricultural bank by 2010.
After investigation of the loan in the case, the head of the Corruption Prosecutor's Office, Aleni Tulopkie, ordered the court to prosecute four offenses for scope of loss of 30 officers and sanctioned loans and borrowers.
This case relates to specific loans given by a person and non-active ATTATAT company from April 2000 to June 2010.
At the discretion of the Corruption Prosecutor, the bank was allowed to repay the loan without repayment and according to the findings of the bank's Greece, the damage caused by Agrotiki reached 80 million euros.
The Office of the Corruption Prosecutor asked the Prosecutor's Office to condemn the allegations of unbelievers in this case and direct participation in money laundering with regard to ex-banking officers and provocateur and dishonesty on one side and on a continuous basis for borrowers.
