Recipe for nutritious Sufi with turkey and broccoli

This recipe is a complete and delicious meal.

It provides proteins of high biological value (turkey, eggs, cheese, milk) and supplies us with the valuable nutrients of broccoli. It is also rich in vitamin C and calcium.

Materials

2 ½ fl. broccoli cooked very little

4 fl. potatoes cooked and melted with fork

200 g turkey boiled (sausage) in strips

½ fl. graffiti headband

½ fl. casserole cheese grated

8 eggs

½ fl. low fat milk

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt, pepper, nutmeg

A little grated parmesan

Implementation

Place the olive oil on a rectangular tray. Shake the pan to grease everywhere. Put the potatoes on top and the broccoli, turkey and cheeses.

In one pot, knock eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and mix gently. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated oven.

A few words about the nutritional value of broccoli

Broccoli is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It provides vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid and potassium.

This particular vegetable provides enough fiber. It has a high content of phytochemicals, such as indole and isothiocyanates (eg sulforaphane, lutein, zeaxanthin). All of these substances have a strong antioxidant effect and have a beneficial effect on the functions of the human body.
