Also, fines in municipalities that neglect their alternative management obligations and do not submit an annual municipal waste management report will range from 1,000 to 10,000 euros. 

But it also gives them strong incentives to increase recycling . 

Fines will also be imposed on the packaging manufacturer or the manager of other products, which does not indicate the actual quantities of packaging and hinders control. 

In this case, an administrative fine of 500 to 1,000,000 euros is imposed .

Regarding Collective Alternative Management Systems or individuals, the law states that if they have completed two years of operation and have not achieved quantitative targets, administrative fines are imposed from € 10,000 to € 500,000.
