Until 31 October the deadline for voluntary disclosure of income

Extension of the deadline for voluntarily disclosing taxable material by one month provides for an amendment by the Ministry of Finance, which was submitted to the House.

According to the amendment, the deadline for undeclared income is extended until 31 October.

Other provisions limit the deadline for submission of the relevant declarations of affiliation to the voluntary disclosure plan from 90 days to 15 days after the notification of the control order or the call for information, in order for the statements to be cleared.

This regulation, as mentioned in the recital, applies to notifications of control orders or information requests that are being carried out today and onwards.

Where the notification of the control order or the call for information has been made so far and the 90-day period after the submission of the declarations has not expired, they shall be submitted only within 30 days of the publication of the new provisions.
