According to the facts, as reported in court late in the afternoon, the 27-year-old had returned to his apartment and after hearing the dog again barking, he threatened, while outside the door, the owner, that he would kill herself and her dog. At the same time, he kicked a glass pot that was outside her apartment, so she knocked on the door and broke.

In the apartment, the complainant was in a friendly face, which was disturbed by the behavior of the accused, and after taking a hammer and chasing him, he began to make head and face strokes. The result was that he stayed for a long time in the hospital due to the severity of his condition, and that part of the skull had to be removed. 

However, his serious injury did not hurt the neighbor from filing a complaint against him for the offense of threatening and malicious damage, and in this case the 27-year-old was found to be a defendant and would pay a fine of up to € 1,000 as was the penalty imposed on him). In another proceeding, the accused was complaining about the serious damage he suffered.
