Health Minister Andreas Xanthos is one of the key speakers of the 16th Annual Conference HEALTHWORLD that organizes the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce today and tomorrow at the Intercontinental Hotel.
The conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, the Federation of Pharmaceutical Enterprises of Greece (SFEE), the Federation of Medical and Biotechnological Products (SIEB), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) and MEDTECH Europe.
Communication facilitator, among others, is onMed.
The HEALTHWORLD conference has been established as a leading forum for dialogue between experts, representatives of international organizations and national policy-makers, suggestions and solutions to the hot issues of the health care industry.
It is clear today that for economic growth and security, social progress and prosperity, we must all focus on a modern way of thinking in the fact that good health is a catalyst for us to move forward.
In this context, the title of this year's "HealthCare in Greece: Turning Around for Economy and Society" defines its content, which focuses precisely on the role that the health sector can play in these two important and interdependent axes, economic growth and social well-being. All the anchorages of the past have been removed, progress has been made in this direction, and we focus on the value of healthcare for patients of value to all citizens as a key pillar of sustainable development.
