  Women's insecurity, which is more adaptable to reality, lies mainly in their anxiety to ensure the necessary to enable a decent living.

But hypothetical and essential to progress in any field is the need for long-term planning and continuation of creation. If one has three (3) million euros and bought and sold a ship without using it during his exploitation to save the investment, he will stay with the ship looking at it and at the same time will have lost his capital, which provided him with a better life. Therefore people, societies and states that have a duration in their creativity are prosperous. But how is the duration of a productive activity guaranteed when everything is connected with the economic situation of all the social partners?

There should, therefore, be a balanced development of all productive actors, so that in their mutual interaction they all benefit. It is significant that in the early days of the month there is a big commercial move on the market, because employees have taken their salary and can spend their little money, and in the last days of the month the purchase is deplored by lack of money.

     

Work is therefore the most sacred good for every person, who, when it is secured, and its duration generates prosperity. Working any when filling the family pot is a blessing. It is a blessing to see the happy faces of the children that their parents can offer them to grow up properly. Unemployment is transient and this is a pain. But inertia is the shame, the shame. Many times people capable, immensely enter the margins of social life, because they have failed in their work. Here, however, the welfare state must intervene and unemployment be eradicated by corrective action. Having facilities that are suitable for all ages and occupations, so that they can help and stand on their feet until those who lose their jobs find their way.

Greece is a state disorganized. It operates on the basis of the party criterion and leaves unprotected those who do not follow the party line of each party of power. But this is a form of ideological compulsion to free yourself to think and follow the strongest one to benefit, sharing your crumbs with your ruling hegemony, smashing your consciousness and creating each one a form of party dependence and subordination. Therefore, the deeper concept of unemployment has a partisan sign, proof that central administration has never ceased to function in a party, while the criteria in a democratic society have to be purely social, meritocratic and patriotic. However, the hegemony of the party rather than the meritorious, social, free democratic state is established.

Unemployment is not only a substantial limitation of the unemployed's economic potential, it is also a dominant form of deprivation and deprivation of his or her liberty and an insult to his dignity and personality. Because there can be no individual freedom without work, which is its basic prerequisite. Political leadership in Greece places purely dividing lines in its political influence on its own and others. Caressing her own children every time and sending out the children to the outside, who do not belong to her party line. This is an inherent swelling of Greek society, which itself restrains itself, entangles itself, and places dividing lines of self-interest. The fact that the parties are imposing on it, in order to obscure the voters,  

End of racism from the Ottoman domination, the lack of deeper patriotic beliefs of the Greeks and their lack of social education. That will continue for at least two generations. The necessary social cohesion requires a long-term acceptance of the others and the education that our children's generation has and hopefully will transfer to its own children. But the voter-client does not commend here as it should, but the party that prevails and will start to sell only to its own, while the others who want to buy from the best shop will not be able to buy or get out of it. Form of vulgar de-ideologization of politics.

The consequences are always on the Greeks. As a form of reaction to party politics, many Greeks immigrate to seek better fortune in foreign states that have stronger social, labor and personal development infrastructure. It is also the hefty price of a Greece that still lives forty years in its midst because the basic functions and institutions of a democratic rule of law are under-exploited. Regeneration is expected from the next generations. They will abolish the Party State, which is a barrier to all forms of creativity and development, without which there can be no progress, prosperity and freedom.
